Pacsun, a Californian lifestyle brand, has announced its second swimsuit collaboration with Anna Sitar, a podcast host and content developer. The entrepreneur’s new collection, AnnaxPacsun, pays homage to her Michigan heritage, drawing inspiration from Midwestern summers.
“My first collection was inspired by the sunrise and sunset of the California Coast, somewhere I have grown to love unconditionally,” according to Sitar’s statement. “With this collection, I wanted to get back to my origins. When we learned that this release will be in August, the first thing that came to me was how much I would have liked these suits in Michigan at that season when I lived there.”
“The lakes would be warm after two months of sunshine, and we’d be planning trips to go camping, floating down the river, and climbing the sand dunes.” The concept came naturally once I realized where I could imagine myself wearing a wonderful Midwest summer ensemble.”
The new collection incorporates important components from the original range, such as ribbed lettuce edges, bralette tops, and tie-side bottoms, in a variety of colorful new colors and designs. The AnnaxPacsun line also uses more ecologically derived materials, which aligns with Sitar’s dedication to sustainability. All swimsuits in the collection are available in sizes ranging from XXS to XXL, with separates priced between 26.95 and 32.95 USD and one-piece models priced at 49.95 USD.
